I knew the death of that little creature would inspire more than one painting. In Hiding and Safe Place are the first of, I’m sure, many to come. These two paintings were created for an annual charity art sale here in Muskoka.  MARTIN’S, a Bracebridge, Ontario framing, art supply and gallery, provides local artists with 6 x 6 inch canvases to create whatever inspires them.
