The Trail introduces you to the ecology of a typical Algonquin hardwood forest and ends in a spectacular view of Smoke Lake and the surrounding hills. My love of trees drew me to this curved one shaped by its environment. To make it more dramatic, I moulded tissue paper and acrylic soft gel to create  3-D sculpture on the canvas.
